Jay has a master's degree in strategic studies from Air War College, a master's degree in military operational art and science from Air Command and Staff College and a bachelor's degree in history from the United States Air Force Academy. He holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Alabama.
